This is our fresh, handcut USDA Choice Beef Section! Our beef is all hand trimmed to 1/4" of fat, and guaranteed to be graded Choice or better! We also believe making our Ground Beef from our own trimmings makes a difference in quality!

T-Bone Steaks

We started off with 2 of our Handcut Choice T-Bone Steaks.

T-Bone Steaks Preseason

We started off by rubbing the steaks with some Worcestershire Sauce. Then, we liberally applied some McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning and a Ground Peppercorn Medley!

A Full Meal!

After pulling our steaks off the grill, we allowed them to rest about 15 minutes, tented in foil, to finish the cooking process! Featured here served with Our Family Ranch Gemstone Potatoes and Corn on the Cob!
